The location here is really convenient, and the staff are friendly.

This is my second stay at the etap Châteaubriant. Just like the last time, I found the staff very friendly and the room was clean and bed very comfortable. I will definately book there again. It is a budget hotel, so don't expect the earth. If you are on foot as I was, be aware that it is a good 45-50 minute walk from Châteaubriant station so plan your transport before you arrive if you are not up to the walk as taxis are few and far between. If like me, you have a beer belly to work off, go for it ;-) Free wifi: Perfect. Worked like a dream.

Not a complaint as I could easily have crossed the road to McDs for a burger breakfast but I wish thay'd had cornflakes as one of the two cereals on offer. Not quite sure what the ones on offer were.

Overall it was comfortable with kettles.

I had a great stay during my business trip and was pleased with my choice, the location was peaceful yet conveniently close to the industrial park, and I enjoyed the pleasant surprise of Café Bellagio Patisserie just 1 km away.

The breakfast was excellent and the staff friendly.

Not complaining, but the room was a no smoking room but past guests must have smoked as the room stunk of cigarette smoke including the bed cover.
